What we collect

We only collect the information you choose to give us when you contact us — through the inquiry form or the on-site assistant. This may include your:

• Mobile number and email address
• Vehicle details (brand, year, model) and company name, if you provide them
• The message or product/service inquiry you send us

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

How we use it

We use your information solely to:

• Respond to your inquiry and answer your questions
• Prepare quotations and check product availability for you
• Contact you about your request through the channel you chose (email, Viber, WhatsApp, Messenger, or phone)

We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not sell it.

How it is handled and shared

When you submit an inquiry — through the contact form or the on-site assistant — the details are transmitted to our website host's form service, which stores them so our team can retrieve and respond to them. Depending on the option you choose, your inquiry may instead (or also) be opened in your own email app, Viber, or WhatsApp for you to send. To operate this website we rely on trusted service providers, who process data only as needed to run the site.

The website additionally keeps a copy of your most recent assistant inquiry in your own browser so you can review it. That local copy stays on your device.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party marketing.

Cookies & analytics

We ask for your permission before any analytics or advertising cookie is set. Until you choose Accept on the banner, no analytics or advertising service is loaded and no such cookie is placed. If you choose Decline, they are never loaded at all. Cookies strictly necessary for the page to function are always used.

Prices shown on this site are suggested retail prices (SRP) in Philippine Pesos and may change without prior notice. Stock availability is indicative and is confirmed by our staff. This website is not an offer for online sale; purchases are finalized in person at our branches.
